According to a post HERE at Saving in Sacramento Safeway is giving FREE Nature Valley Granola bars to Club Card holder with NO purchase needed. WOW! I have been out of town this weekend so I can neither confirm or deny this exciting news. If anyone has shopped Safeway and seen this deal please leave us a comment. I can't find anything on their website so I don't know if this is local or weekend only.
UPDATE: I can confirm there are free bars at Safeway in Roseville, CA. There is a large cardboard dispaly for Nature Valley's new flavor in the cereal aisle. These are individual packs (2 bars) free with club card no purchase required .99 cents without card while supplies last. Not worth a special trip but if you are in Safeway take a peak down the cereal aisle and grab yours. My 3 year old who would subsist on only granola bars if I let him liked the new flavor and so did I. I'm also going to reccomend the seedless green grapes for $1.49 per lb - they are HUGE juicy and sweet.

I was more excited about finally finding the 1 tablet-sized Airbourne tablets so I could use my $2 coupons at this Safeway.
They were $2.19. I got my 8 and left some. Had seen these reported at Wags, but never could find them at any around here.
