FREE MILK

This week Safeway has an unadvertised Catalina coupon deal for Free milk with the purchase of 3 General Mills Cereals you can see the actual Catalina Coupon HERE. I received the Catalina Ad coupon on Tuesday at my local store - posters from Southern California Von's, Colorado and Hawaii are reporting success.

I purchased 3 sale cereals today at the Granite Bay Safeway 1 each Total, Cocoa Puffs and Cheerios and used coupons paying $4.15 for 3 boxes of cereal and getting back a $4.50 Catalina.  I gather from forum posters that this Catalina will scan for $4.50 off total which would mean you could buy 2 gallons of  the Lucerne milk with it and get a little overage.  My coupon has a two week expiration date so if you do the deal early and late in the week you can get milk free for the next month while building up a supply of inexpensive cereal.

Buy Big G Cereal between 7/1 & 7/9 ( note there are conflicting dates on this Cat - one says 7/9 and one says 7/7, I called the Catalina marketing to ask for clarification and got an email back 7/2

When did you try this? This Catalina deal ended 7/9 if you were w/ in the time frame you can call Catalina marketing to see if it printed.

I tried to do the free milk thing, but didn't get a catalina. Not sure if the cashier just didn't give it to me or if it didn't print. Unfortunately I was too distracted to notice until I got home...

These are sold by the lb. and it's the same price for all of the items in the bar so it will vary WIDELY but I put in about 8-10 and pay only a few cents.

The $1 ones are the tiny single size - The pint size is the $3.49 version. The internet coupons specify pint BUT the insert coupon had no size limit so you can get the tiny cup free.
